By creating an account or using BoxIntel OS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

BoxIntel OS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides packaging intelligence tools for shipping and packaging stores. The platform includes a smart box selection engine that recommends optimal box sizes based on item dimensions, weight, and fragility; box inventory management for tracking and organizing available packaging supplies; packaging transaction logging and analytics; employee management with role-based access controls; and store configuration settings for DIM weight, pricing, and materials.

BoxIntel OS provides recommendations based on the data you enter. Final packaging decisions remain the responsibility of the store and its employees. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will prevent all shipping damage, carrier surcharges, or other losses.

To use BoxIntel OS, you must create an account with a valid email address, your full name, a store name, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Store owners may create employee accounts with limited permissions. Store owners are responsible for managing their employee access and ensuring that employees use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial period ends, access to the platform will be restricted until a paid subscription is activated.

Paid Subscription

After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current rate (as displayed on our pricing page). Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes

We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree to use BoxIntel OS only for its intended purpose of managing packaging store operations. You may not use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the platform; resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent; or upload malicious code, interfere with platform operations, or compromise the security of other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into BoxIntel OS, including store information, box inventory configurations, and packaging transaction logs. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. BoxIntel OS recommendations are only as reliable as the information provided. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete data entry.

BoxIntel OS and all associated software, designs, algorithms, scoring engines, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of BoxIntel OS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations during your active subscription period.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or modify features to improve the platform. In the event of significant changes that materially affect your use of the platform, we will provide reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue the service with at least 60 days' notice to active subscribers. In such an event, we will provide a mechanism for you to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoxIntel OS and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of BoxIntel OS shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. BoxIntel OS provides packaging recommendations as a decision-support tool. We do not guarantee specific shipping outcomes and are not responsible for carrier surcharges, product damage, or other losses related to packaging decisions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoxIntel OS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that threatens the platform's security or integrity. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BoxIntel OS shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which BoxIntel OS operates.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of BoxIntel OS after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
